Tourist Board APT Valsugana organizes and manages the “Budget Ski holiday” basical offer (overnight + breakfast + skipass), also for the booking and payment.
EXTRAS
Dinners, beverages or additional nights can be reserved and payed during the holiday directly in the choosen accommodation
Starting from 01/01/2022, third party liability insurance (public liability insurance) will be compulsory for the use of the alpine ski slopes. If you do not already have RC insurance, Funivie Lagorai gives you the opportunity to purchase it at the same time as you buy your ski pass at the cash desk. The insurance has a price of € 2.50 per day per person, for a total of € 12.50 per person for a winter holiday booked with the proposed formula.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Deposit upon booking: 30% of the costs of the total stay
Balance: within 30 days from the day of arrival
Free cancellation within 30 days before the day of arrival (refund of the amount paid net of duly reported expenses). The cancellation could be self done by the Guest Portal or per email writing to booking@visitvalsugana.it
For cancellations starting from the 29th day from the day of arrival or in case of no show: the entire amount paid will be retained as a penalty. Please notify the cancellation writing to booking@visitvalsugana.it.
In case the period of the stay is changed (in agreement with the accommodation) it will be considered valid as cancellation of the first reservation made.
